Mis abuelos fueron los que me pusieron nombre, pero aún no tengo ni idea de qué significa.
Hace tiempo me dijeron que mi nombre real era 'Niebla veloz'. Más tarde, mi madre me lo describió como 'Los primeros rayos del sol atravesando las nubes en el atardecer, aurora'.
Niebla y Nubes son parecidos pero no del todo iguales. Me gustaría usarlo como ejemplo de cómo he vivido mis 22 inviernos en la Tierra: navegando perdida entre las dos culturas que considero mías y a la vez incapaz de indentificarme con ninguna.
Soy una artista autodidacta China, nacida y criada en España, que hace poco aceptó su dualidad de identidades.

My grandparents game my real name but I quite don't know the meaning of it yet.
Once they said it meant 'a rapid fog'. Then my mother told someone else it actually meant 'the first rays of sun going throught the clouds at dawn, aurora'.
Both Fog and Cloud are similar but not quite the same. This is a good example of how I've lived my 21 years on Earth: stumbling in between the two cultures I consider my own but still can't feel belonging. I am a Chinese self-taught artist born and raised in Spain, who realised a couple of years ago that I don't have to choose between my identities.
